Efua Ihenyen

Efua Ihenyen is a customer-centric and solutions-focused leader currently serving as the Program Management Leader in Professional Services at Global-e, where they empower businesses to scale globally by optimizing operations and enhancing customer experiences. Prior to this role, Efua held positions at Spartan Controls and Naft Trading & Investments Ltd., where they led digital transformation initiatives and co-founded a project financing firm for energy companies in Sub-Saharan Africa.
