Geraldine Andre has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Geraldine began their career as an Accounting Assistant at APRIL in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Junior Project Manager at VINCI Construction France and as a Digital Junior Consultant at Dauphine Junior Conseil. In 2015, Geraldine joined the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry as a Business Development and Trade Coordinator, where they successfully identified growing markets and business opportunities in Australia and New Zealand. In 2016, they held the role of Junior Project Manager at Galeries Lafayette and later joined IBM Interactive Experience as a Digital Strategy & Transformation Consultant. Geraldine'smost recent experience is with Global-e, where they started as a Senior Customer Success Manager in 2019 and currently holds the position of Customer Success Director.

Geraldine Andre holds a Master's Degree in International Business Management and NCT Projects from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, which they obtained in 2017. Prior to that, they completed another Master's Degree in Management & Organisation, with a major in International Management, from the same university in 2015. In 2013, they participated in an exchange semester at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, where they focused on International Business at the Bachelor level. Earlier in their education, Geraldine obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, which they completed in 2014. Alongside their formal education, they have also acquired additional certifications, including Professional Scrum Product Owner in April 2018 and Professional Scrum Master I in February 2017, both from Scrum.org.
