Harrison Gutierrez

Harrison Gutierrez has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Harrison currently holds the position of Director, Commercial SMB Operations at Global-e, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager - Channels/SMB Onboarding Product at Global-e from 2022 to 2023. Before joining Global-e, Harrison worked at Flow (Flow Commerce Inc, acquired by Global-E) as the Manager - Onboarding Services from 2021 to 2022 and as the Onboarding Lead from 2019 to 2021. Harrison also has experience as a Consultant at Deloitte from 2018 to 2019.

Harrison's earlier career includes roles such as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Manhattan Associates from 2014 to 2018, where they provided professional support services and client management throughout the ERP implementation process. Harrison started their career as a Student at the University of Michigan from 2010 to 2014. Harrison also had internships at American Express in 2013, where they headed a global team building internal communication infrastructure and led research on improving efficiency within global teams, and at Euro RSCG Worldwide in 2012, where they analyzed consumer survey data and researched alternatives for a secure mobile network. Additionally, they worked as a Barista at Rendezvous Cafe and Hookah Lounge in 2012.

Harrison Gutierrez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Before that, they completed their high school education at Fox Lane High School from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they received a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the IIE in January 2014.
