Nigel Melling is a Contract Manager at Nexos since January 2021, focusing on decommissioning and projects, and previously held the position of Technical Project Manager in the same field. Prior to Nexos, Nigel served as Engineering Manager at Wood from July 2013 to June 2020, overseeing all technical and data management operations, including design safety and innovative technology development. Nigel also held the Engineering Manager role at Optimus Aberdeen Ltd from October 2011 to July 2013, contributing to company management and ensuring technical integrity of the work produced. Earlier, Nigel worked at Wood Group PSN as an Engineering Manager from September 2001 to September 2011, managing a significant project involving the modification of topside facilities for gas wells. Nigel earned a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Robert Gordon University.
