Richard McLaughlin is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in process and technical safety. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager and Head of Process at Nexos since December 2021, Richard previously held roles at Siccar Point Energy, including Subsea Package Engineer and Development Engineer, where key contributions were made to the ~$1.5bn Cambo Phase 1 Development. Richard's extensive experience spans several companies, including Wood, where Richard worked as a Principal Process Engineer on various significant projects, and Dana Petroleum, where Richard served as Process Technical Authority. Richard's career began at Wood Group PSN as a Graduate Process Engineer after earning a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in 2007.
