Rosario Gilkes, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Their most recent position was as Senior Director of Human Resources at Global Electronic Testing Services, LLC. Prior to that, they worked at United Vein & Vascular Centers in various roles, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Director. Rosario also has experience working at ADP as an HR Business Partner, and at Oasis Outsourcing as an HR Consultant/Field Implementation Specialist. Rosario has a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. Rosario is skilled in partnering with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with business objectives. Rosario holds professional certifications as a PHR and SHRM-CP.

Rosario Gilkes, PHR, SHRM-CP, completed their education at the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business from 1994 to 1998. Rosario earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business with a minor in Marketing. Additionally, Rosario Gilkes obtained certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014 and as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in December 2015.
