Aubrie Ekman

Aubrie Ekman serves as a Founding Member and Chair of the Core Principles and Standards Committee on the Board of Directors for the Global Employment Innovation Organization since October 2023. In addition, Aubrie has held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Velocity Global, LLC since June 2019, and previously worked as Associate General Counsel at JLT Specialty USA from March 2015 to June 2019. Early legal experience includes a Law Clerk role with the Colorado Judicial Branch from December 2014 to March 2015, supporting both the domestic division and a combined probate and juvenile delinquency division. Aubrie holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Whitworth University.
