Xuxiao Li has a work experience that includes roles at Global Engineering and Materials, Inc. and the University of Utah. At Global Engineering and Materials, Inc., Xuxiao Li served as a Senior Research Engineer, where they were responsible for hiring team members for multiple SBIR/STTR projects, developing proposals and teaming ideas, and organizing team meetings and summarizing results. Prior to this role, Xuxiao Li worked as a Mechanical Research Engineer at the same company, focusing on conducting CFD modeling using StarCCM+ for SBIR/STTR projects, particularly in the area of process modeling for advanced manufacturing processes.
At the University of Utah, Xuxiao Li held the position of Research Assistant. In this role, they maintained a large CFD code in Fortran, with responsibilities such as documentation, verification, debugging, optimization, and modifications of subroutines.
