Olga Kovic

Olga Kovic is an HR Business Partner with extensive experience in human resources and psychology. They served as an HR Generalist at Global Engineering Technologies from 2016 to 2021, where they focused on recruitment, employee motivation, and performance management. Earlier, they worked as a Qualitative Market Research Associate at Ipsos and as an HR Assistant at H.art Development Center. Olga's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Belgrade and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field.
