Jim Crosley is a seasoned leader in training and operational management, currently serving as Senior Training Manager at Global Engineering & Technology, Inc., focusing on curriculum development and execution for the Department of Energy's Office of Classification. Previous roles include Director of Undersea Warfare for the Commander, Operational Test and Evaluation Force, where Jim oversaw operational testing of Navy Undersea Warfare systems, and Commanding Officer of USS LA JOLLA, managing critical operations for a nuclear submarine. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions in strategic forces and nuclear weapons, as well as oversight of significant Undersea Warfare programs at the Department of Defense. Jim holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a math minor from Virginia Tech.
