Dushan Nikolovski

Dushan Nikolovski serves as the inaugural Director of the Innovation Hub at Valparaiso University and holds the position of Clinical Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship within the College of Business. Dushan also founded and leads IKANSTART, an organization focused on supporting entrepreneurs through workshops and networking events. As the Northwest Indiana Regional Director for the Global Entrepreneurship Network, Dushan promotes entrepreneurship on a global scale through initiatives like Global Entrepreneurship Week. Dushan's commitment to community engagement extends to roles such as Treasurer for the Lake Central Barracudas Swim Club and Board Member of the ECIER Foundation, which empowers young leaders in underserved areas. Dushan’s extensive academic background includes various teaching roles and program creation at institutions like Purdue University and Purdue University Calumet. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Business and Management from Purdue University, along with certifications from the University of Notre Dame and Stanford University.
