H. Jeffrey Leonard

H. Jeffrey Leonard has worked in various roles for several companies since 1990. H. Jeffrey began their career as the CEO of Global Environment Fund, and in 2009 they became the Chairman of the Board of The Washington Monthly. In 2011, they joined the Board of Directors of New America and became the former Chairman of the Board of Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA).

H. Jeffrey Leonard obtained their Bachelor's degree in Government and Economics from Harvard University between 1972 and 1976. H. Jeffrey then went on to earn a Master of Science (MSc) from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 1976 and 1978. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Princeton University between 1979 and 1983.
