Roy Koldaro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Roy started their career in 2004 as an Assistant IT Coordinator at the University of Maryland's Office of Information Technology, where they managed a Windows Server-based network and provided computer support to students.
In 2004, Roy also worked as an On-Campus Sales and Marketing Manager for StudentCity.com. Roy led a sales team of 200 representatives, managed operations, and achieved top sales nationwide.
From 2007 to 2008, Roy worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Consultant, focusing on Customer Relationship Management technology solutions for government agencies. Roy received a Performance Excellence Award for their service and leadership.
In 2008, Roy joined SenecaOne Finance as a Senior Annuity Specialist and Sales Operations Manager. Roy negotiated transactions, created financial solutions for clients, and implemented programs to improve operational efficiency.
At BofI Federal Bank, Roy held various roles from 2011 to 2014. Roy served as the VP, Director of Sales, and later as the Director of Business Development for the Specialty Finance division. Roy managed sales efforts, oversaw marketing and training, and contributed to the division's growth.
Since 2014, Roy has been working at Global Equity Finance as the Vice President of Lending and Director of the First Choice Mortgage Team. Roy has established himself as a highly ranked Mortgage Loan Originator, licensed in multiple states.
In 2023, Roy joined One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning as the President for the San Diego Territory.
Roy Koldaro completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Maryland from 2003 to 2007. Roy then went on to pursue an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business, which they completed from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Roy obtained the "Hiring for Attitude" certification from Leadership IQ in September 2013.
