Fernando Senties

Fernando Senties serves as the President and CEO of HRD Global Solutions, Ltd. since January 2000, focusing on integrity assessment tools and web applications for corporate ethics and compliance. As co-founder of Global Ethics Solutions LLC since June 2015, Senties contributes to the advancement of ethical practices in organizations. Previously, Senties held the position of Ex President at the Mexican Association of Ethics and Compliance Officers from March 2017 to October 2020 and worked as a Judge-Investigator for the British Columbia Racing Commission from June 1998 to January 2000, overseeing compliance in the racing and gambling sectors. Senties holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Iberoamericana, and a Diploma in Banking Security and Risk Prevention from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
