Christine Griffin

Christine Griffin has a diverse professional background with over a decade of experience in various roles within customer service and claims assessment. Currently serving as an Onboarding Coordinator at Global Excel Management Inc. since December 2013, Christine has also held positions as a Customer Relations Officer and Non-Medical Claims Assessor, where responsibilities included the coverage assessment of non-medical travel insurance claims. Prior roles include Customer Services Representative at Walmart and Customer Services Manager at Bishop's University. Additionally, Christine has experience in hospitality as a Barmaid/Waitress at the Old Lennoxville Golf Course and as an Instructor for the Shannon Irish Dancers, teaching dance to a wide age range. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bishop's University and attended Cegep Champlain Lennoxville prior to that.
