Monalisa Larouche

Monalisa Larouche is an experienced professional in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Global Excel Management Inc. since June 2013, following a series of progressive roles including Manager of Total Rewards and Performance and Compensation Manager. Prior to this, Monalisa held various positions at Spectra Premium Industries as a Technical Training Coordinator and at Merkur and Pratt & Whitney as an Industrial Engineer. Monalisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
