Victor E. Navarro

Victor E. Navarro has extensive leadership experience in the healthcare and insurance sectors, currently serving as President of Global Excel Latin America at Global Excel Management Inc. since June 2016. Previously, Victor held the position of General Manager at Olympus Managed Health Care and served as President of RSAIA and Head of Latin American Operations at RSA from July 2008 to December 2015. Victor's earlier roles include Program Management Officer at AIG and Senior Manager International at Aon Corporation. Victor E. Navarro holds an MBA in Finance from the UF Hough Graduate School of Business, an Executive Certificate in Leadership & Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a BBA with a double major in Management and International Business from Florida International University - College of Business.
