Deborah Lucia

Deborah Lucia is an experienced executive recruiter and practice director specializing in food and ingredients at Global Executive Solutions Group since August 2004, focusing on recruiting for Quality Assurance, Regulatory, R&D, and senior manufacturing operations up to the C-suite level. Deborah's prior roles include practice manager in ingredients and process improvement at Sigma Resources, Inc. where responsibilities included consulting for major automotive companies, as well as serving as president and CEO. Earlier in Deborah's career, project management in civil and mechanical engineering was conducted at William Kibbe & Associates, while industrial engineering experience was gained at General Motors Central Foundry and methods engineering at Packard Electric. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Youngstown State University.
