Jeff DiPaolo has a strong background in executive-level recruitment and business development. Jeff is currently serving as the Director of Training & Recruiting at Global Executive Solutions Group since May 2022. Prior to that, Jeff worked at Genesis10 as the Director of Strategic Accounts and Business Development Executive from March 2018 to April 2022. During this time, they worked with various clients, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to privately-held ones, to provide top talent recruitment solutions. Before joining Genesis10, Jeff was the Managing Director at Superior Search Group from July 2013 to March 2018, where they led the search division to record-setting growth in the Engineering & Technology sector. Their extensive experience also includes a long tenure at MRI starting from 1991, where they served as the Vice President of the search division. Jeff successfully led 11 offices, with the Cleveland location becoming one of the top offices under their management. Jeff was recognized as a top billing manager and won the President's Club incentive trip for 21 consecutive years.

Jeff DiPaolo holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Programming from The University of Akron. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as "Social Selling with LinkedIn" from LinkedIn in May 2020 and "USATF Certified Coach" from USA Track & Field in May 2016.
