Jim Chadbourne

Jim Chadbourne has a strong background in executive leadership and recruitment in various industries. Jim currently serves as the CEO of Global Executive Solutions Group, an executive recruiting firm specializing in supply chain management, manufacturing, and information technology. Prior to this, they were a part of MRI Network Global Search, where they served on the MRI Network Representative Council. Additionally, Jim has held leadership positions at Willis Shaw Express, FedEx, CSX Corporation, Penske Logistics/GE Capital, Transtar/NAVL/Norfolk Southern, Martin Transport, Ryder System, and Leasway, where they gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management. Jim Chadbourne attended the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1965, where they studied engineering for one year. Jim then transferred to Wittenberg University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology in 1970. Jim furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at Case Western Reserve University from 1977 to 1980.
