Scott Chadbourne has extensive work experience in executive recruitment and financial advisory roles. Scott started their career as a Financial Advisor with American Express Financial Advisors in 2000 and worked there for over a year. In 2001, they joined Global Executive Solutions Group as the President and excelled in the role for over four years. As President, Scott leveraged their experience in executive recruitment to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide the necessary support to Practice Leaders. Scott also collaborated with other firms and suppliers to ensure the firm had the required technology, technical expertise, and market research capabilities to serve their clients and top talent effectively.

Scott Chadbourne attended Bowling Green State University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
