Boris Kocot

Boris Kocot serves as the Head of Corporate Development & Strategy at Global Fashion Group since August 2025. Previously, Boris held the position of Head of Corporate Development at Kambi from August 2022 to July 2025, where notable achievements included the acquisition of Shape Games, the incubation of Tzeract in AI pricing and trading, and the launch of Kambi Engage, a B2B marketplace. Prior to Kambi, Boris was part of the investment team at AIP Seed from December 2019 to July 2022, advancing from Analyst to Principal and contributing to multiple successful seed rounds and the launch of the largest private capital early-stage fund in Central & Eastern Europe. Boris's career began as an Analyst at INVESTIN in 2019 and included a role as an Equity Research Analyst at Goldman Sachs from June 2015 to June 2016. Educational background includes a BSc in Economics and Finance with Industrial Experience from the University of Exeter and a high school diploma from III Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Marynarki Wojennej RP w Gdyni through the IB programme.
