Global Ferronickel Holdings, Inc., formerly Southeast Asia Cement Holdings, Inc., is a Philippines-based holding company. The principal activities of the Company are to invest in, purchase or otherwise acquire and own, hold, use, sell, assign, transfer, mortgage, pledge, exchange, or otherwise dispose of real and personal property of every kind and description, including shares of stock and other securities or obligations of any corporation. The Company operates through two segments: the mining segment, which is engaged in the mining and exploration of nickel saprolite and limonite ore, and the services segment, which is engaged in the chartering out of Landing Craft Transport by PGMC-CNEP Shipping Services Corp. (PCSSC) to Platinum Group Metals Corporation (PGMC). PGMC is a nickel producer in the Philippines, and a global supplier of nickel ore. PGMC operates two open pit deposit sites known as CAGA 2 and CAGA 4 within its lateritic nickel mine in Cagdianao.
