Ms. Zhifang Gu is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in business leadership. A citizen of Hong Kong Special Administration Region of China, Ms. Zhifang Gu serves as Executive Director and Investor of Guandong Century Tsingshan Nickel Industry Company Limited, a ferronickel smelter with up to 25,000 production capacity for contained nickel. It is located in Yangjiang City, Guandong Province, PRC.

She is also a director/investor of Global Ferronickel Holdings Inc. (GFNI) a publicly listed company in the Philippines, GFNI’s subsidiary Platinum Group Metals Corporation (PGMC) is the largest exporter of nickel ore in the Philippines in terms of gross sales value. She also serves as Director of Ferrochrome Resources Inc., a company that focuses on exploring, developing, and mining mineral properties through management contracts and operating agreements.

Ms. Zhifang Gu is also the General Manager and Director of Jiangsu Lianhua Paper Ltd., a company that engages in the manufacturing of packaging paper boards and sale of paper goods based in Wujiang, Jiangsu Province, China.

Ms. Zhifang Gu was conferred as Doctorate Fellow of the Academy of Multi-Skills, United Kingdom. She also holds a degree in International Trade from Suzhou University, one of the top research universities in China. She was a visiting professor at Kunming Metallurgy College.
