Mariane Nicoloso

Mariane Nicoloso is an experienced professional in human resources with a robust background in organizational development and management. Currently serving as Diretora de Gente e Cultura and previously as Superintendente de Gente & Gestão at Global Estratégias Financeiras since July 2017, Mariane is responsible for the development and management of all HR subsystems. Prior to this role, Mariane held the position of Gerente de RH at Leardini Pescados Ltda from May 2007 to May 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing various HR functions and leading a diverse team. Mariane's career also includes experience as Coordenadora do Planejamento Empresarial at JB World Entretenimentos S/A and as Coordenadora de RH at Grupo Promenac / Camvel / Brusauto. Mariane holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade do Vale do Itajaí and has completed several advanced programs in leadership and business management at Fundação Dom Cabral and Instituto dy Crescere Personas.
