Thomas L. Carlson

Thomas L. Carlson serves as the Vice President of Operations at Global Finishing Solutions LLC since July 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Plant Manager at Quadion LLC / Minnesota Rubber and Plastics from December 2019 to July 2021 and at Stanley Infrastructure from October 2018 to December 2019. Thomas's career at Donaldson spanned from July 2004 to February 2016, where responsibilities included P/L management, facility transformation, and the implementation of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
