Nancy De Lemos

Nancy De Lemos is responsible for implementing the Latin America communications strategy. With more than 20 years of experience as a journalist, she ensures the effectiveness of Global Fishing Watch’s external communications in the region and leads the development of Spanish content through close collaboration with the regional transparency, analysis and research teams.

Nancy has a master’s degree in corporate communication management from the University of Barcelona. She has worked for international news agencies such as the Associated Press and Agencia EFE and served organizations like the Rainforest Alliance, the Sustainable Agriculture Network, and Root Capital. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys traveling around the world, doing Pilates, and walking her dogs.
