Global Girl Project is an international organisation creating lasting community change across the Global Majority by investing in girls’ leadership. We work through locally led programmes that train, educate, and mobilise girls to become confident leaders and changemakers in their communities.

We partner with local NGOs across the Global Majority to support teenage girls aged 13 to 18 who face systemic barriers to leadership opportunities. Through these partnerships, girls participate in leadership training, mentorship, and community engagement that is grounded in their local realities.
