Spain Salinas

Spain Salinas has a diverse work experience. They started their career in 2009 as an Executive Chef at Global Gourmet Catering, where they coordinated and supervised large-scale events. They also managed a team of kitchen managers, sous chefs, and seasonal cooks. Spain later took on the role of Partner / VP of Operations, where they established operational processes and project management methodologies to improve efficiency across various departments. They also played a key role in strategic planning and increasing staffing from 150 to 1,200 employees. Currently, Spain works as the Chief Operating Officer at Global Gourmet Catering, overseeing operations and leading a team of direct reports.
