Dr. Malle Fofana

Dr. Malle Fofana currently serves as the Africa Director and Head of Programs at the Global Green Growth Institute, a position held since April 2018, where responsibilities include guiding the organization’s mission across the African continent. Previous roles include Country Representative for Burkina Faso and Côte d'Ivoire, focusing on operational leadership, and Senior Officer for Strategy in the Business Development Unit, where exploration of new business opportunities took place. Prior experience encompasses serving as Executive Partner and Director at Red Mangrove Development Advisors, Senior Consultant and Strategic Project Manager at Dalberg Global Development Advisors, and Program Evaluation & Control Manager at Groupe ISM. Dr. Fofana holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from iaelyon School of Management and has pursued further education at Harvard Business School and Thunderbird School of Global Management, in addition to obtaining an MBA in International Business from Groupe ISM.
