Currently serving as Chief Transformation Officer at GLOBAL GRUPPE and Geschäftsführer at IKON Advisory GmbH, he has also held positions at companies such as Berlin Brands Group, CPA Global, and GCA Altium. With a background in finance and economics from Azusa Pacific University, Ilja has a strong foundation for his current leadership roles.
