Mithun Gaur has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mithun started their career as a Quality Consultant at HYPER QUALITY (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, where they conducted third-party audits and evaluated conversation media. Mithun then worked as a Quality Analyst at Innovazion Research Pvt. Ltd., focusing on quality assurance. Mithun then moved on to Eli Research India (P) Ltd., where they held the positions of Quality Analyst and Assistant Manager. In these roles, they led a team of Quality Analysts and ensured that products and services met established quality standards. Most recently, Mithun worked at Global Growth IOC as a Technical Support Engineer. Mithun was responsible for user management, troubleshooting and support for Office 365 applications, and ensuring the security and compliance of the platform.

Mithun Gaur has completed Higher Secondary education from Central Board of Secondary Education. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree with a focus on Computer Software and Media Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
