Takuya Oikawa

Takuya Oikawa is currently working as an Executive Fellow at Adobe and as the Founder of Tably. Takuya is also a Founding Partner at Global Hands-On VC (GHOVC) and a Technical Advisor at NTT Communications. Previously, Takuya has held positions such as Product Manager at Increments, Inc., Engineering Manager at Google, and various management roles at Microsoft. With a background in Resources Engineering from Waseda University, Takuya has extensive experience in product strategy, product management, engineering management, and software development processes. Takuya has also been actively involved in organizations such as IT DART, where Takuya served as a Representative Board Member on a part-time and pro bono basis.
