Mukesh Advani

Mukesh Advani is a highly skilled and experienced lawyer who has worked on a wide variety of legal matters over the course of their career. Mukesh is currently serving as the General Counsel and General Partner at the Global Health Impact Network, and has previously worked as Special Counsel at GUY O. KORNBLUM A PROFESSIONAL LAW CORPORATION.

Advani has a long history of successfully resolving disputes for both individuals and businesses, often helping them to save substantial amounts of money in the process. Mukesh is also an experienced litigator and appellate lawyer, and has represented clients in both small and large-scale cases, including some that have been decided by the California Supreme Court.

In addition to their litigation experience, Advani also has a wide range of experience in corporate and transactional law. Mukesh has served as outside general counsel for emerging growth companies, and has provided legal services to small businesses and technology startups on issues such as equity financing, stock option plans, employment law matters, commercial contracts, intellectual property licensing agreements, joint venture agreements, and outsourcing agreements.

Advani has been rated A.V. (very high (legal ability) to preeminent) by Martindale-Hubbell for the last 30 years, and is included in the Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
