Rafael Eduarte serves as a Client Compliance / Retention Specialist at Global Healthcare Resources (GHR) and the Medical Tourism Association (MTA), roles held since 2018. At GHR, Rafael contributes to consulting efforts aimed at enhancing healthcare strategy, market penetration, and employee benefits among various organizations and government bodies. Concurrently, Rafael supports the MTA, which collaborates with governments, hospitals, and insurance companies globally to develop and implement strategies for medical tourism, currently assisting the Abu Dhabi Government in elevating its healthcare initiatives.
