Mike Holser

Mike Holser is an experienced professional in client care and specialized customer services. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Client Care at Global HR Research since December 2020, Mike has previously held notable positions, including Senior Manager of Specialized Customer Services (Global) and Manager of Quality and Process Improvement at HireRight from December 2013 to December 2020. Prior to that role, Mike was the Supervisor of the IT Help Desk at BNY Mellon from January 2012 to December 2013. Additionally, Mike is Lean Certified and has a strong educational background from Monte Vista Christian.
