Nikhila has also worked with Avazzar Consulting P Ltd since January 2017 as an HR Executive, where roles included HR Recruiter. Nikhila's career began at Hueray Technologies as an Accounts Manager. Educationally, Nikhila holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Viswajyothi College of Engineering and Technology, completed between 2014 and 2016.
