Bill Winkler

Bill Winkler has held various roles throughout their work experience. Bill started in 1999 as a Lead Principal Technical Architect at AT&T Services, Inc. and held this role until 2013. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Lead Principal Technical Architect at AT&T. Bill then transitioned to Enlibra in 2014, where they held the position of Chief Technology Officer until the end of the year. Since 2015, Bill has been serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Global IDs.

Bill Winkler completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University between 1977 and 1979. Bill later pursued further education at Webster University and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from 1996 to 1998.
