Bhawani Dhakal

Bhawani Dhakal has extensive experience in the banking and legal sectors, currently serving as the Chief Monitoring & Governance Officer at Global IME Bank Limited since June 2006, where previous roles include Deputy General Manager, Chief Internal Audit, and Chief Operating Officer among others. Additionally, Bhawani Dhakal holds a position as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Banking, Finance & Insurance Institute of Nepal Ltd. since August 2018. Prior experience includes lecturing at Shanker Dev Campus and practicing as an advocate at various legal firms. Bhawani Dhakal possesses advanced academic qualifications including a Master of Laws in Commercial Law, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Proficiency Certificate in Law, all obtained from Tribhuvan University, along with secondary education from the National Examination Board, Nepal.
