Victoria E. Adams

VP of CFC Administration at Global Impact

Victoria E. Adams currently serves as the Vice President of CFC Administration for Global Impact. As a member of the Executive Team, she provides strategic direction to the organization’s campaign management and fundraising efforts. Adams is responsible for the organization’s administration and presence within the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) workspace locally and nationally. Adams leads the strategic planning and implementation of the national marketing efforts for the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) and five other CFC zones across the United States, including the Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area (CFCNCA) and the Combined Federal Campaign-Overseas (CFC-O). Adams is also responsible for identifying opportunities for increasing Global Impact’s CFC footprint through partnerships, strategic alliances, and campaign management within the changing government regulations.

Adams joined Global Impact in 2010 as the Executive Director for the CFC-O. Prior to joining Global Impact, she spent 11 years at ChildFund International managing the development and implementation of new strategic program initiatives in 34 developing countries and serving as U.S. Program Director, providing leadership and guidance to CCF U.S. Area Program Offices and 22 program sites throughout the United States.
