Jorge has worked with organizations such as Results for Development, Global Integrity, National Democratic Institute, and Departamento Nacional de Planeación. Their work focuses on improving fiscal governance, citizen participation, and social accountability through research, project management, and collaboration with government agencies and civil society. Jorge holds a Master's Degree in Interdisciplinary Development Studies and Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government, and Psychology.
