Ajay Jejurikar

Ajay Jejurikar is a seasoned professional in real estate acquisitions, currently serving as the Managing Director of Acquisitions at Michigan Ross Real Estate Fund since September 2022, following roles as VP of Acquisitions and Investment Analyst. Previous experience includes positions as a Real Estate Acquisitions Summer Analyst at both Sculptor Capital Management and Silverpeak, as well as a Real Estate Acquisitions and Asset Management Summer Analyst at Dayton Street Partners LLC. Ajay has demonstrated expertise in underwriting various industrial real estate assets and conducting comprehensive market research for potential acquisitions. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, Ajay is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Hinsdale Central High School.
