David Chen

David Chen currently serves as an Investment Analyst at Global Investments Committee. Prior to this role, David worked as a Student Researcher at IUPUI, where David focused on implementing and optimizing federated learning algorithms for efficient collaboration and data privacy. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan. David has also presented at the ACM Mohihoc Conference 2023 in Washington DC.
