Nicholas Jones is an incoming 2025 Investment Banking Summer Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, set to begin in March 2024. Currently, Nicholas serves as an Investment Analyst for the Global Investments Committee since September 2023 and has previously held a position as a Debt Strategy Intern at Avenue Capital Group from May to August 2024. Additionally, Nicholas gained experience as a Private Equity Intern at NextGen Growth Partners during the summer of 2023. Nicholas is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with an expected graduation in May 2026. Educational background includes attending Burlingame High School from 2017 to 2022 and a brief program at Stanford University in June and July 2021.

Global Investment Committee is a close-knit student organization focusing on the global economy and financial markets. Using the diversity of our membership base as well as the resources in the Stephen M. Ross School of Business and Tozzi Trading Floor, we aim at providing an unparalleled hands-on learning experience to our fellow members by organizing valuation workshops, speaker series, trading simulations, etc. In addition, we utilize our network to organize recruiting events with companies in the financial services industry.
