Brooke Ren has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 1991, they started their career at Scimed / Boston Scientific as an RD. Brooke then moved on to Stereotaxis in 1999, where they served as a Director. In 2002, they joined ev3 as an RD Director before transitioning to AGA Medical in 2006 to take on the role of Sr. VP of RD. In 2012, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Monteris Medical, a position they held until 2016. In 2018, Brooke Ren assumed the role of Chief Operations Officer and General Manager of the China Business Unit at Global Kinetics Corporation. Prior to their various roles, Brooke Ren owned Rengineer PolyMed starting in 2001.

Brooke Ren has a diverse education history. In 1986, they pursued a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering. Brooke completed this degree in 1991. In 1991, they also began their postdoctoral studies at the University of Minnesota, specializing in Nature Polymer. Their postdoctoral studies lasted until 1992. In 2008, Brooke attended Harvard Business School for Executive Training, focusing on High Potential leadership. Additionally, in 2009, they attended The Wharton School for Executive Training in Finance, General.
