Erica Smith

Erica Smith has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Erica began their career as a Processing Specialist II at First Data Merchant Services. In 2003, they joined KeyStone Learning Systems, a Bancroft Technology Company, as the Director of Human Resources, Administration and Finance. In this role, they were responsible for receivables, payables, procurement of supplies, financial reporting, collections, and more. Erica also held the role of Finance Manager, Channel Sales Manager, and Business Office Manager. In 2009, they moved to Global Learning Systems as the Vice President of Business Operations and the Director of Business Operations. In 2016, they joined Global Learning Systems LLC as the Director of Business Operations, where they specialized in Security and Compliance products.

Erica Smith has an education history that includes an Associates degree in Christian Education from Calvary Bible Institute, which they earned between 1999 and 2001. Prior to this, they attended World Harvest Bible College from 1998 to 1999, studying Pastoral Studies and General Studies. Erica is currently attending Hagerstown Community College, where they are studying Accounting. Erica has also obtained two certifications: QuickBooks Certification from QuickBooks Online in February 2021 and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals from LinkedIn in August 2022.
