Andy Mantsch

Andy Mantsch is an experienced leader in human resources and learning development, currently serving as Director of Human Resources Administration and Director of Learning and Development at Global Lending Services LLC since January 2019. With a robust background in training management for multi-billion dollar organizations, Andy oversees training operations across multiple call centers and vendor locations, leading a team to execute diverse training programs, including New Hire and Leadership initiatives. Prior to this, Andy held various roles at Verizon Wireless from 2006 to 2019, culminating in the position of Sr. Manager for Strategic Partnership Channel Trainer Development, where responsibilities included managing vendor call centers and training programs. Andy began the career at Wells Fargo as an Online Banking Specialist, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
