Doug Duncan

Doug Duncan has been chairman of GLS since he founded the Company 2011 and has a $30 million equity investment in the Company. He founded Safe-Guard, which was formed in 1992 and supports thousands of dealers nationwide with multiple products and services. In 2012, Doug sold his equity in Safe-Guard to Goldman Sachs. He has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry having held various positions at dealerships, including F & I Manager, Sales Manager, and General Manager.
