Steve Thibodeau

Steve joined GLS as Chief Executive Officer in 2013. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the auto finance industry and was a pioneer in leveraging data, technology, and automation to revolutionize the auto finance industry. Prior to GLS, Steve was a Managing Vice President at Capital One for 14 years. He was part of the executive team that built Capital One’s auto finance business into one of the largest and most innovative companies in the market. Steve is also a retired Captain from the U.S. Army.
