Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. As the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and roles as a university instructor teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
